Extremely abrasion resistant

The robust sheath of this cord is extremely resistant to abrasion (i.e. wear caused by repeated friction or contact with rough surfaces), giving it a longer service life. The sheath is made of 650 denier PE monofilament, offering high abrasion resistance (Tested ISO 12947-2 Over 4000 cycles before first signs of deterioration). You can be assured that this bungee cord will remain in excellent condition even under intensive use conditions.

Highly UV resistant

Thanks to the polyethylene (PE) composition of its outer sheath and high-quality dyes, this bungee cord is not only rot-proof and hydrophobic, but its black colour will be maintained over time. Its multi-strand core treated with anti-UV agents prevents deterioration of the rubber in sunlight, making it a reliable and durable choice for your outdoor needs.

Difficult handling

The core of this elastic cord consists of multiple rubber strands. When cut, the cord tends to separate, which can make it more difficult to pass through eyelets or install on hooks. Additionally, the polyethylene sheath is more rigid, making the product more difficult to handle and tie. This product therefore requires more attention and handling.
