Countries and delivery times

Our website allows you to order online and have your items delivered to all European Union member countries, except islands. Generally, our products are in stock and usually shipped on the same day as your order (if placed before 4:30 PM).

For any other country worldwide or islands, shipping costs are calculated based on a quote. Please don't hesitate to contact us!

For any additional information about your order's delivery times or to ensure delivery by a specific date, please feel free to contact our team. We'll be happy to help and find a solution that meets your needs.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary according to the total weight of your package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping charges apply to each one. Box dimensions are always appropriate and your items are properly protected to ensure safe transport.

Free shipping on all orders over €500 (excl. tax)!


Delivery information required

Not all addresses are easily accessible for delivery drivers, so please don't hesitate to mention in the special instructions any information necessary for the carrier to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Clearly indicate all delivery details without omissions or spelling errors.

A valid and easily accessible phone number is required when creating your customer account. This will not be used for commercial purposes, but will allow the carrier or our teams to contact you in case of delivery issues.

The shipping costs shown in your cart include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage.


Order tracking

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After your package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with or without a package tracking number. Indeed, depending on the size and weight of your order, or to meet certain delivery requirements, we may need to use specialized carriers: these don't always provide tracking numbers.

1) Tracking available

Packages with tracking numbers are traced from pickup to delivery to the customer. You can directly access the carrier's website by clicking on the link in the email, or by entering the tracking number on the relevant carrier's website.

If the carrier is delayed in delivering or reports damage, please don't hesitate to notify us via our contact page so we can contact them. The dispute will then be followed up by email or possibly by phone, and we will do everything possible to deliver to you as quickly as possible.

If you still haven't received your order after the announced delivery deadline, you can contact us via the contact page, and we will do everything necessary to shorten your wait.

Although we do our best to minimize your wait time, our delivery times are given for information only. Under no circumstances can Mister Sandow be held responsible for damages incurred due to exceeding said deadline.

2) Tracking not available

If you didn't receive a tracking number from us in the email regarding the shipment of your products and you have questions about your delivery status, we invite you to contact our teams directly. They will inform you about the proper progress of the delivery or handle finding a quick solution with the carrier or depot in your region.
