Countries and delivery times
Our website allows you to order online and have your products delivered to all European Union member countries, excluding islands. As a general rule, our products are in stock and typically dispatched on the day of your order (if placed before 4:30 PM).
For any other country worldwide or islands, delivery costs are provided on a quotation basis. Please don't hesitate to contact us!
For any additional information regarding delivery times for your order or to ensure delivery of your products by a specific date, please don't hesitate to contact our team. We'll be delighted to provide information and find a solution that meets your requirements.
Shipping costs
Transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend combining all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders and shipping charges apply to each one. Box dimensions are always appropriate and your items are properly protected to guarantee safe transport.
Delivery is free on all orders over £500 ex VAT!
Information required for delivery
Not all addresses are easily accessible for delivery drivers, so please don't hesitate to mention in the special instructions any information necessary for the carrier to ensure quick and efficient delivery. Clearly state all delivery details, without omissions or spelling errors.
A valid and easily accessible telephone number is mandatory when creating your customer account. This will not be used for commercial purposes, but will be used by the carrier or our teams who may need to contact you in case of delivery problems.
The shipping costs shown in your basket include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.
Order tracking
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your parcel is collected by the carrier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with or without a parcel tracking number. Indeed, depending on the size and weight of your order, or to meet certain delivery constraints, we may need to use specialist carriers: these do not always provide tracking numbers.
1) Tracking available
Parcels with a tracking number are traced from collection to delivery to the customer. You can directly access the carrier's website by clicking on the link in the email, or by entering the tracking number on the relevant carrier's website.
If the carrier is slow to deliver or announces damage, please don't hesitate to notify us via our contact page so we can contact them. The dispute will then be followed up by email or possibly by telephone, and we will do everything possible to deliver to you as quickly as possible.
If you still haven't received your order after the announced delivery time has expired, you can contact us via the contact page, and we will then do everything necessary to shorten your wait.
Although we do our utmost to minimise your waiting time, our delivery times are given for guidance only. Under no circumstances can Mister-Sandow be held responsible for damage incurred due to exceeding this time limit.
2) Tracking not available
If you have not received a tracking number from us in the email regarding the dispatch of your products and you have questions about the status of your delivery, we invite you to contact our teams directly who will inform you of the smooth progress of the delivery or will arrange to find a quick solution with the carrier or depot in your region.
